Links About Science Education

Ars Technica has a nice summary of a new website that should promote understanding of what science is and how it progresses.

Also, Adam Savage of MythBusters has three suggestions on how to improve science education. I'm practicing #1 and #3 in my teaching of small kids. For #2, I don't have a lot of budget, so I concentrate on things that can be found around the house to demonstrate how nature works. (Anyone has an electron microscope lying around unused? Want to donate?)
