Whenever I have a stupid bug in my programming, I would console myself by saying "Well, at least I didn't kill anybody." Not all programmers can say the same though. Welcome to

(Technically, the 1982 Soviet gas pipeline "bug" worked exactly as the designers intended, so I don't think it's a bug at all.)
